    YN450納微復合保溫氈由優質高性能無機纖維及納米填充粉料復合而成,是一種高性價比的適用于中低溫度的保溫隔熱氈,能在-40℃至450℃之間使用,特別是在0-200℃時導熱系數隨溫度增加緩慢,隔熱效果最佳。是石油化工、軌道交通、新能源汽車、空調風管、儲罐、蒸汽管道等領域性價比極高的保溫材料。

    YN450 nanoporous composite thermal insulation felt is composed of high-quality and high-performance inorganic fiber and nano filler powder. It is a kind of high cost performance thermal insulation felt suitable for medium and low temperature.     按照GB/T8624-2012《建筑材料燃燒性能分級》,達到不燃A1級的要求。

    2. 低導熱 Low thermal conductivity

     

    常溫導熱系數突破性的≦0.032/m.K,且隨著溫度的升高,導熱系數升高緩慢。

    3. 振動不下墜,可循環利用 No deformation under vibration, recyclable

     

    纖維的柔韌性和回彈性好,不易斷裂,在有輕微振動的設備和管道上不會隨著時間的推移而下墜,經久耐用,工廠在維修時,未被污染或破壞的材料也可重復利用。

    YN450納微復合保溫氈在0-200℃時導熱系數小,長期使用導熱系數幾乎不增加。①對于0-200℃的設備及管道,可直接采用YN450納微復合保溫氈;②對于200℃-650℃的設備及管道與CAS-A0納米鋁鎂質絕熱氈復合使用,可以很好地降低表面溫度和熱損失。正常使用條件下,理論上20年內可以多次重復使用,效能費用比高。
